About CESMA
CESMA is integrated by all the specialties examination boards belonging to the UEMS Sections
Founded in February 2007, had its first meeting in Glasgow. This organization was first called the Glasgow group.
It adopted the name of CESMA (Council of European Specialist Medical Assessments) and the Glasgow Declaration was edited. The name changed later to CESME (Council of European Specialist Medical Examinations)
New statutes and a new Glasgow Declaration document were decided last year 2008.
The purpose of UEMS-CESMA is to become an advisory board for the UEMS examination and assessments boards.
