Faculty of Examiners

The Faculty of Examiners is composed of experienced ORL-HNS specialists from across Europe who are committed to maintaining excellence in the examination process.

They represent all subspecialties within the field and ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency in candidate assessment.

Regular examiner training and calibration sessions are held to uphold the highest standards.

Examiners play a central role in the success of the E.B.E. ORL-HNS examination.

Their key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing examination questions and clinical cases.
• Participating in both written and oral components of the examination.
• Ensuring objective, evidence-based, and unbiased evaluation of candidates.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the examination process.
