Applications and examination registrations are handled through a separate system that is technically and organisationally independent of this website.
The processing of personal data submitted through that system is governed by the Association’s separate Data Protection Information for Applicants and Examination Participants.

The website is hosted on servers located in Austria. The hosting and related technical infrastructure are provided by a hosting partner contracted by the WMA GmbH, Alser Straße 4, 1090 Vienna, Austria.

Such information is published for purposes of transparency, identification of persons holding official functions, professional communication and representation of the Association.
The Association ensures that an appropriate legal basis exists for such publication.
7. Photographs and Fellows
Photographs published on the website are used only where an appropriate legal basis exists.
The Association may publish the names of persons who have successfully completed the examination and obtained Fellow status. Where such publication is based on consent, the Association will obtain the relevant consent before publication.
A refusal or withdrawal of consent to publication does not affect the examination result or Fellow status.

The website contains links to external websites and to the separate application and registration system.
The Association is not responsible for the data processing carried out by external websites or systems. Their respective privacy policies apply when you access those services.

Technical website data may be processed by service providers involved in hosting and technical administration, to the extent necessary to provide their services.
