Exam Policies
Candidates must comply with all E.B.E. ORL-HNS regulations:

- Eligibility: Only trainees in recognized ORL-HNS programs or certified specialists may apply.
- Exam Rules: Strict conduct rules apply during written and oral exams.
- Special Accommodations: Requests for reasonable adjustments or special accommodations must be submitted to the Examination Office well in advance of the examination date.
Cancellation Policy – Important information for all candidates:
Candidates who register for an E.B.E. ORL-HNS examination are expected to attend the examination. As the number of places is limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis, late cancellations or non-attendance may prevent other eligible candidates from participating.
The following cancellation policy applies:

- Notification received at least 30 days before the examination:
An administrative fee of EUR 300 will be charged. The remaining examination fee will be credited towards the candidate’s next examination registration. - Notification received less than 30 days before the examination:
The full examination fee will be forfeited. No refund or credit will be provided.
- Notification received at least 30 days before the examination:

Candidates who register but fail to attend the examination without prior notification may adversely affect the fairness and equal opportunity of the examination process.
